Forty people, the right forty
Tag contacts and pull a whole group into a blast at once. Anyone marked do-not-contact is quietly excluded everywhere.
Web app
A lightweight outreach tool for people who send real, personal messages to real people. It organizes who to reach, what to say at each step, and who has already heard from you.
PingPath does not send anything itself. It hands off to the app you already use, with the text ready to go, so every message still goes out from your own number and your own account.
What it does instead is keep score. It remembers exactly which step each person is on and when they were last messaged, rather than a single contacted flag that tells you nothing a week later.
The result is that a list of forty people feels like a short, satisfying stack of cards instead of a spreadsheet you are avoiding.
In practice
Tag contacts and pull a whole group into a blast at once. Anyone marked do-not-contact is quietly excluded everywhere.
Blast Deck turns the roster into one card at a time. Open, send in the real app, come back, and the step marks itself sent.
Per-step status means step two goes only to the people who got step one and have not replied, rather than everybody again.
A walkthrough video for this one is in production.
Five parts, from building the list to logging what happened.
Everyone you reach out to, carrying the details each channel needs plus tags, so a blast can target exactly the right slice of your list. Anyone marked hidden or do-not-contact is quietly excluded everywhere.
A blast pairs a roster with a sequence. Step one opens with an introduction, step two follows up a week later, step three closes with an ask, all tracked per person per step.
One tap opens the real app with your message already loaded. SMS pre-fills your messaging app, WhatsApp opens wa.me, email opens a draft with subject and body set, and Instagram opens the thread with the message copied.
Pick a step and the roster becomes a stack of cards, one contact at a time. Send in the other app, switch back, and PingPath marks the step sent automatically. Undo or skip without touching a spreadsheet.
Every send is timestamped with its channel and responses can be marked as they arrive. Unmark a mistaken send and both the per-step log and the summary count update together.
Each step's message can include {first_name} or {nickname}, filled in per contact at the moment it is sent.
Group contacts by tag and pull an entire group into a blast at once, from warm leads to people who have not replied since spring.
PingPath remembers which step each person is on and when they were last messaged, not just whether they have been contacted.
Unmark a send that went out by mistake. The per-step log and the summary count both correct themselves.
Flag who has responded so later steps can focus on the people still waiting to hear back.
Community organizers, small-business owners, event hosts, and anyone working a real list of real relationships, where every message is still written and sent by a person.
PingPath is not publicly listed. Ask for a walkthrough and I will show you how it works, or tell me if you would like to build on it together.
