A follow-up you would otherwise forget
Someone mentions a deliverable while you are talking. Say it into your phone and it lands in that client's list with Friday on it, before the call ends.
Progressive web app
A pocket capture app for ClickUp. Type or say what is on your mind, and it files itself in the right place with the right date. Duplicates become updates, and every action can be undone.
Any notes app will take a thought in two seconds. The cost comes later, in the inbox of untriaged captures nobody wants to sort on a Friday afternoon.
Dispatch It closes that loop. It reads your whole ClickUp workspace, then picks the list, writes the title, sets the due date and assigns a priority. When it is confident, the capture files itself and you never think about it again.
When it is not confident, it asks first and shows the reasoning behind its suggestion rather than making you guess. Either way nothing is one-way: every action carries a one-tap undo, and the app learns from the corrections you make.
In practice
Someone mentions a deliverable while you are talking. Say it into your phone and it lands in that client's list with Friday on it, before the call ends.
Walking between places with no signal. Capture it anyway. It queues and sends itself the moment you are back in range.
You capture something already sitting in an open task, worded differently. It recognises the match by meaning and appends an update instead of making a second card.
A walkthrough video for this one is in production.
Three steps, most of which you never see.
Type it, dictate it, or record a voice note. Attach a photo or a file if you like.
AI reads your whole ClickUp workspace and picks the list, the title, the due date and the priority.
Confident captures file themselves. Anything uncertain asks you first and shows its reasoning.
Automatic routing is only useful if you can see what it did and take it back.
Every space, list, status and custom field, kept up to date in real time. New lists become destinations automatically, without a setup step.
Every suggestion shows its score and the reasoning behind it. You decide how bold auto-filing is allowed to get.
It spots when a capture matches an open task, by meaning rather than matching words, and adds it as an update instead of creating a duplicate.
One activity log across every device, with a confidence score on each action and one-tap undo.
Move a suggestion or undo one, and it remembers the correction next time.
Installs like an app and leads with voice. Works offline and sends when you are back in range, so drafts are never lost.
Skip the AI entirely and pick business, then type, then send, in two taps. Follow-ups, subtasks and account intake are built in.
Dispatch It is not publicly listed. Ask for a walkthrough and I will show you how it routes a capture end to end, or tell me if you would like to build on it together.
